ICT in agriculture in perspective
Ehud Gelb and Andy Offer just published an e-book titled "ICT in Agriculture: Perspectives of Technological Innovation." The book provides a fascinating overview of the introduction and adoption of ICT into a diverse industry which ranges from small, part time business which are relatively under developed to large agri-businesses which are competing in world markets.
Compiled under the auspices of, and supported by EFITA and the Samuel Neaman Institute for Advanced Studies in Science and Technology, the e-book is freely available from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Center for Agricultural Economic Research.
