Building electronic communities and networks
IMARK partners just launched an e-learning module Building Electronic Communities and Networks. The module is designed to help users develop the strategic, interpersonal and technical skills required to establish and sustain electronic communities.
The module covers: Online communities - new opportunities; Understanding needs and assessing opportunities; Options, choices, tools and applications; Designing an online community; and Online facilitation.
The module was developed by FAO and the Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation (CTA) and the Association for Progressive Communications (APC). As with the other IMARK modules, this module is available at no-cost either through the IMARK web site or on CD-ROM upon request.
