Philippines agricultural ICT roadshow update

Earlier this year we highlighted some of the ICTs in agriculture developments in the Philippines. Earlier this year the Open Academy for Philippine Agriculture (OPAPA) and partners organized an ICT in agriculture roadshow where they report "close to 3,000 extension workers, farmers, including their governors, mayors, committee on agriculture, and board members of farmers' cooperatives participated in what may perhaps be the biggest ICT event in the countryside – the K-AGRINET ICT Roadshow."

Keep up with the project and what they are doing with computers in agriculture through the latest news from the Academy and its Pinoy Farmers' Internet blog.
