A learning community and portal has been set up to facilitate information exchange and capacity building on issues associated with the delivery of financial services to rural households. The site aims to facilitate networking, it links to ongoing discussions, it provides a searchable library if resources contributed by members, and it has a substantial section with information on training materials, courses and tools.
