New-look website for CGIAR's ICT-KM Program

Enrica Porcari introduces the new-look ICT-KM website - that uses a wordpress blog as its content management system.

The new web site is here - it's a welcome change from the recurring discussions on drupal, joomla, and typo3 as 'the' only tools with which to build an accessible low-cost, interactive website.
