Research library of the future ...
At last month's ShareFair session on future agricultural libraries, FAO's Johannes Keizer shared 5 directions for libraries:
- Disseminate the Global Public Goods of your institution!
- Catalyze and facilitate knowledge exchange!
- Help to create integrated information and knowledge management platforms!
- Deliver targeted expert services!
- Change your skill sets!

Really good points by Johannes Keizer. My view is Agricultural Libraries should be raised to international standards. I think an online version of the future Agricultural Library must be made available in the internet in different international languages so that it would reach the entire global people.
